It’s even murkier than that. I heard some IRB chap being “interviewed” by Veitch this morning.
He did a good job of dobbing in the Scots without actually saying it. Basically the Scots jersey turned out to have a lot more grey in it than the photo submitted a year ago. So you could be charitable and say the Scots made an honest mistake and forgot to resubmit a new photo.
Or you could say they’re negative c**ts who not only sent out a “B” side for a game they should never have been allowed to host, but deliberately turned that game into a mess.
