If it is abuse you feel that you need to discuss lets talk about the number of times the Canterbury crowds and supporters use terms like “black bastard” and “Nigger” when talking about Maori and Polynesian players, I was shocked at the level of openly racist people I encountered during my time in Christchurch, sadly this behaviour  is the accepted norm.

Durmast, then why is it that Canterbury rugby teams now have alot of Maori and Polynesian players playing for them. Why would the Canterbury crowds want to hurl racist abuse at their own players?
