I have just gone through the match/series archive and apart from the series draws by India in 2003/04 and NZ in 2001/02, you have to go back as far as South Africa in 1993/94 to find another drawn series on Australian soil.
Westie styles is correct, the last visiting team to win a series in Australia was the West Indies in 1992/93. I note this was a 5-match series, and WI won 2-1
