Yup; top 20 contracted players. The provinces then list their 12 players each after that.
The 20 are chosen by the (existing) panel, and are then slotted into 5 groups which remains Private & Confidential.
Thinking about it, you’d normally decide on the selectors before selecting….
f**k; it’s not looking good.
