I agree with the above posts….one thing that does annoy me is people saying such-and-such isnt up to it based on one test appearance (Rawlinson as an example).
Test match footy is a big step up from S14 (which is a big step up from NPC which is a big step up from club rugby etc)…it takes time.
Cast your minds back to a number of test/AB debuts that didnt exactly show the things that were to come…Fitzy, Haden & Lomu spring to mind….
