They’re for racist remarks, where there’s a stated FIFA policy (occasionally enforced even)
The article specifically states the comments weren’t “racist, religious, or political” and he added: “I also said nothing about his mother.”
So 2 weeks for none of those things sets the bar in the wrong place.
