I heard NZ media’s biggest cheerleader, PJ Montgomery, getting his excuses in early on the radio this morning bemoaning the fact that Prada has all these extra days to prepare for the LVC final, while Emirates still had to polish off the Spaniards. Every day is “crucial” apparently.
I’ve heard a lot of player burn-out crap over the last few years, but that really takes the cake.
