I wonder if it is time to do away with all the modern management thinking.

The last few coaches we have had have been basically well liked by the players, this coupled with the bloody Gilbert Enoka rubbish of “total inclusion” seems to be getting us nowhere.

Perhaps we need another Mains, Grizz or BJ Lochore type of coach, one that says “this is the way we are doing it and if you do not like it then you can f**k off”, we should also return to the days when young players were seen and not heard, yes it is a hard school but at least in those days we used to win the really important games.
