When the round ball fags made the WC it has to be rated as a wonder/anomoly because NZ is never going to win it so qualifying is the mecca.
Confederations cup does not have all the main teams so cannot be classed as a wonder ( its even easy to qualify for ).
NZC won a tournament that had all the top sides (test nations)
