Forgive us lot down here not showing too much sympathy but we have been through the pain that is this issue.
Key point was all rate payers in the region contributed to the Stadium and we are now enjoying its benefits (im pretty sure central Government didnt fund it at all but happy to be corrected).
Would need to be a fairly compelling case put forward to convince me to contribute through tax to something that I would not use….
