I guess we will never know what those three would have done in the same circumstances.

I do however take issue with your comment about the game not being gentlemanly since the days of body line, there are plenty of instances where the spirit of the game has been implemented rather than the laws of the game, I seem to remember Waugh calling somebody back in the past few years (I cannot remember the game sorry)

I do not think this is an example of the team taking these tests seriously, in fact you could use this as a example of how they DO NOT value the traditions and etiquette of the game.
