Early goal to France, who were all over the Koreans for the first half, without creating too many more opportunities. In The second hlaf France played further and further back as the half progressed, practically inviting the Koreans to get forward more and more, and eventually scored a scrappy equaliser. After the equaliser France finally pushed forward again, but it was too late.
A display of tactical ineptitude by the French: at this rate Domenech is for the guillotine.
