Well said HJ.
There seemed to be the philosophy the other night that we were going to dominate the scrums at any cost (the Dunning wind-up during the week probably helped that). So by taking the macho front-row “the game is all about the scrums” approach they made sure they bullied the Aussies all over the park; not worrying too much about how it’s illegal to shove them off the mark before the ball goes in, and other minor inconveniences like that.
Shame they forgot about what was happening on the scoreboard.
