It is a bad advertisement for interchange in general (and you can now include rugby in this) when a team believes it is forced to play a player who is hopelessly in Disneyland simply because they no longer breed players to play the full 80 minutes.
The impact player scenario in both codes means that there are less and less players who are able to give 80 minutes – plus extra time if necessary – on the field itself.
