Prepaid, so near yet so far.
Fisher was a delegate to the IRB, along with the Timaru Lawyer/referee chap, advising the NZRFU (read Rutherford and McCaw) on how the IRB would view their actions during the WWE Trohy debacle.
This man should be treated as a pariah worse than Hart (John) within NZ sporting circles. Hart has at least redeemed himself somewhat by his activities within the Jafaville bullrush setup!
