It all starts tonight; hosts v champs. Lara and Gayle both due, Aussie still look weak in the bowling dept. I’m picking an upset.
BTW, if Aus win, then according to the lazy NZ mainstream media logic, they’ve qualified for the semis.
That’s sh*t. With the 2 weaker teams likely to go winless at this stage, the median points tally will be higher, and a lot of teams will end up on 8 points, then it’s down to run-rate. I’d say you now need 10 to be guaranteed.
You learn that kind of stuff in about the 4th form.
