I just saw a guy from Ports of Auckland on TV who said this (and other) proposals on their (Ports of Auckland) land wont happen due to the large amounts of cash required to re-imburse them for loss of income while the whole thing is planned for and built.
It just aint gonna happen…..Eden Park will be the goer and rightly so.
Of course the cynic in me (like Maurice Williamson) thinks that perhaps Ms Clark would rather have an old peoples home as opposed to a revamped sports stadium in her backyard ?
