In fact, if you put your blinkers aside you will see that Ralph, while not the dynamic Rockococo/Howlett type player, never did anything wrong and never let the jersey down.
Doing “nothing wrong” (which is more than arguable in his case anyway) is simply not good enough in the black jersey.
