Superbowl LII reviewed

Superbowl 52 will go down as an all-time classic with the underdog Philadelphia Eagles overcoming what is seen by most as insurmountable in the New England Patriots.
Wellington’s Superbowl Bar is the 4 Kings/Jack Hackett bar where Budweiser is the beer of choice to wash down all those spicy chicken wings. Fans from all NFL teams converge to celebrate the day and the establishment was voted the best bar in New Zealand to watch the spectacle
New England coach Bill Belichick had no answer for Eagles Quarterback (and soon to be preacher after he stops playing) Nick Foles. He literally tore them apart however the Patriots Tom Brady did the same at times to Philadelphia – it’s just that they scored less points. A missed 3 point penalty kick by the Patriots could have swung it momentum wise when they eventually took the lead however the Eagles did enough to strike back.
The Eagles players all said they knew the team was onto something special half through the season. Most teams on a winning run would say that however they all said the team is like a family. Possibly a feeling you get when you play in the city of brotherly love.
The Brady Bunch made a game of this one however something was missing from a spark point of view – possibly an injury too far. The best team won, Nick Foles was voted MVP and Tom Brady said “it sucked”
The first Monday in February (NZ time) came and went with no one having any idea who will be on the field this time next year. One thing guaranteed – Justin Timberland will not be
And as a postscript a number of the Philadelphia team have already stated they will boycott the traditional Whitehouse visit hosted by the POTUS. Wait for the twitter outburst closer to the time. Of course his team lost which won’t help.
